Ken Scholl is Managing Director of Wellington Associates, LLC, a boutique consulting and full time recruiting firm.

Prior to starting up Wellington, Ken was an Executive Vice President at Xcitek Consulting Services, Inc. Before joining Xcitek, he was an executive at Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) where he had responsibility for DTCC's Broker and Bank Relationship Management groups. Earlier in his career at DTCC, Ken ran Corporate Actions and held a series of managerial positions in the Operations division.

After serving in the U.S. Army, his first job was at Irving Trust (now part of BNY Mellon).

Ken received a BS in Economics from The City University of New York and an MBA in Finance from St. John's University. He also completed a program of study at the New York Institute of Finance. In the spring of 2001, he attended the Program for Management Development at The Harvard Business School.
